Appointments

We highly recommend you book in advance to avoid any disappointment. Although sometimes appointments are available the very same day. Please call 023 8045 7070.

Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrival no later than 5 minutes before your treatment time, late arrival will simply reduce your available treatment time, lessening its effectiveness & your enjoyment.

Payment, Charges & Cancellation...

We accept cash & all major credit cards apart from AMEX.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment

There is a cancellation fee.. If less than 24 Hours notice is given or if you fail to turn up for your treatment you will be charged the full treatment price or if you are using a gift voucher your voucher will be cancelled.

You maybe asked to pay a deposit for any treatment you are booking in advance. You maybe asked for credit card details when booking any appointments.
