I’m desperate to be back at PURE Holistic Beauty
I’m looking forward to be able to welcome you back into my salon again!
To ensure a safe return to PURE Holistic Beauty I’ve drawn up a salon policy using the current guidelines and legislation available to the beauty industry.
My priority will always be to keep myself, my staff and all salon guests safe at all times during working hours at PURE.
We are still awaiting a confirmation date of when we will re-open. Within my salon I have always set the highest standards of hygiene but I would just like to outline policies and procedures in place for our return.
Salon Guests and Staff
If myself or my staff show any signs of Covid-19.
We will need to self isolate immediately for 14 days. I realised this can be inconvenience as your appointment may need to be re-arranged at short notice. We will try for this to have minimum impact on salon guests but this will be for everyone’s health and safety.
Please DO NOT come to the salon for your appointment if you or anyone in your household feels ill or shows any of the C-19 symptom’s, notify PURE as soon as you can please.
PURE has been deep cleaned prior to re-opening. This includes all treatment rooms and reception area as well as common surfaces, door handles etc. As well as the treatment rooms being redecorated.
All equipment as always will be disinfected and sterilised inline with manufacturers and industry guidelines between each salon guest to protect against cross infection.
We will be using more disposable single use items at PURE
Appointments at PURE
All treatments will be by appointment only.
Initially prior to returning to PURE every client with VIP Priority Gift Vouchers will be contacted to book an appointment.

Once the VIP Priority Gift Voucher salon guests have been booked an appointment, next I will contact everyone on the waiting list.

After that ALL appointments will be made via our online appointment booking system which can be found on the website or via the Book Now button on PURE Holistic Beauty’s Facebook page. A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking.
Please arrive at the time of your appointment, I know some of you like to arrive early for your appointments but you will not be able to enter the salon until your booked appointment time, Early arrival time could breach social distancing rules put in place by the Government.
Late arrival, your treatment will have to be rebooked, this is to ensure that we can maintain health and safety regulations fo salon guests arriving after you.
Upon Arrival at PURE
Upon arrival you will be asked to sanitise your hands with our sanitiser.
We are still awaiting the Government guildlines on which PPE (personal protection equipment) That myself, My staff and you will need to wear. This may include Mask, Gloves, Aprons etc…
After your treatments at PURE
Please bring a debit or credit-card to make payment once your treatment is complete. We will NOT be handling any cash at this time.
Updates will be communicated to all salon guests and posted onto my website www.pureholisticbeauty.co.uk and social media page.
This policy will be renewed as soon as the government legislation or regulations change.
