TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation – in the event of a cancellation, fees will only be refunded in full (minus any charges from third parties i.e banks, repayment plan schemes) where no modules have been activated and an email has been received to Training@pureholisticbeauty.
In the event of cancellation where modules have been activated, fees will not be refunded.
Transfers – Requests for transfers to alternative courses can be arranged if the admin team are notified in writing by sending an email to training@pureholisticbeauty.
Substitutions – We do not facilitate substitutions.
